Of course you can. Before the artwork is dispatched, you can cancel your order by sending us an e-mail. Once the artwork has been dispatched, the 14-day cancellation period starts from the date of receipt of the artwork. If the artwork has been shipped, we will refund you only after the artwork has been returned to us in its original condition.

You can track your order using a tracking link that you will receive by email 2 to 3 days (on average) after your purchase.As soon as it is available, you will also be able to find your tracking link on your My Orders page.As we use third-party providers, this service may vary slightly from one order to another. Some delivery companies may offer to schedule delivery at your convenience, although this cannot be guaranteed by JBWALL GRAPHICS.Please note that tracking information will be sent to you by our delivery services.
